Each week, there is a 100mins session. This course aims to offer practical workshops and seminars in order to prepare students for active participation in student conferences organized in different formats. For this reason, the course design is based on presentations of thorough theoretic frameworks, focused on the effective development of presentation and communication skills. At the same time, there is a parallel goal related to the opportunities to gain particular academic experience in International Student Colloquia and Conferences.
There are 14 seminars and workshops spread throughout the whole semester: • 9 face-to-face sessions • 5 online sessions (synchronous format, i.e. real-time online meetings) with International partner Universities (UDA - Ecuador, London College – UK, UP- Dominican Republic, Unam - Mexico)
