Guest lecture in the Strategic Management course:
Strategic management practices and research have evolved gradually over the past 20 years as the realities of climate change have become increasingly business-relevant. Some mitigation and adaptation practices have been integrated into established models. This lecture is both a presentation and an invitation to discuss the usefulness of these models.
